Class of 2025
Senior Graduation Practice: Monday, May 19, 2025 - 8:30AM
Seniors should report to the Charger Gym on Monday, May 19, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. Attendance at Graduation Practice is MANDATORY for all participating students. Rehearsal will take approximately 2 hours. Seniors requiring transportation should use their 1st hour bus route to school and will be able to take an activity bus home at approximately 10:30 a.m. Only students with parking passes are permitted to drive to campus

Ceremony Tickets Distributed after Practice:
(6) color-coded Graduation tickets & (1) parking pass will be distributed to each student at Graduation practice. An explanation of the tickets is included on the next page of this document under spectator information.
Graduation Ceremony: Monday, May 19, 2025
Arrival:
- Graduates should arrive at 5:30 p.m. and check in with their row proctor in the Charger Gym. Drop off Graduates in the West Parking Lot for access to the pre-ceremony line-up location.
- A parking pass is required for access to the West Lot.
- If a graduate drives to graduation and parks on campus, they will need to use the 1 parking pass they receive for the family. Make sure to drop your graduate off otherwise they will need to use the 1 parking pass that is given to families for them to park.
Attire:
- Graduates should dress appropriately for the ceremony including a dress, skirt or slacks/blouse for girls and a collared shirt, tie and dress slacks for boys.
- No flip flops please! Do not bring any bags or purses.
- Decorations are not allowed on the mortarboard cap.
Honor Cords:
- Qualifying seniors will receive their honor cords with their cap and gown at Senior Checkout:
- Top 1%, Top 5% & Top 10%: Gold Cord
- Math Honors Society: Light Blue and Gold Cord
- English Honors Society: Navy Blue & Orange Cord
- Delta Epsilon Phi (German): Gold, Red & Black Cord
- La Société Honoraire de Français: Red, White & Blue Cord
- Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica: Red & Gold Cord
- NHS Members: NHS Stole
- Service Learning Award (100+ Service Hours): Teal Cord
- Perfect Attendance: White Cord
Diplomas:
- During the presentation of the graduating class, students will receive their diploma cover.
- The actual diplomas will be distributed by row proctors after the ceremony.
- The location for diploma pickup will be announced at the Graduation practice.
Graduation Ceremony: Spectator Details
Ceremony Details:
- Monday, May 19, 2025
- 7pm
- Stagg High School Stadium
- In case of inclement weather, rain dates are May 22nd or May 23rd.
Spectator Tickets:
- At the graduation rehearsal, six (6) color-coded graduation tickets will be distributed to each Graduate.
- For an OUTDOOR CEREMONY:
- All six (6) tickets provide admittance to the Stagg Stadium.
- (3) orange/(3) blue
- In the event of an INDOOR CEREMONY
- Three (3) blue tickets provide admittance to the ceremony
- The remaining three (3) orange tickets will not be valid.
Pictures
- Grad Images will take a picture of every graduate as he/she receives his/her diploma.
- Questions regarding these professional graduation photographs can be addressed to Grad Images customer service at 1-800-261-2576 or click on this link.
- Parents and guests of graduates will not be allowed on the stage or on the turf to take pictures during the ceremony.
Video Live Streaming
- The graduation ceremony will be available live for viewing on the Internet.
- Visit the Stagg website and select the Graduation Live Streaming link.
Flowers
- Families can purchase flowers at the entrance to the Graduation Ceremony for their graduates.
- Pre-orders are also available using this link.
Parking (2025 Stagg Parking Map)
One (1) parking pass per graduate is issued at the Graduation practice with the ceremony tickets and provides parking on campus at Stagg High School and Sacred Heart Church.
- If a graduate drives to graduation and parks on campus, they will need to use the 1 parking pass they receive for the family. Make sure to drop your graduate off otherwise they will need to use the 1 parking pass that is given to families for them to park.
- Additional parking is available at New Beginnings Church and Moraine Valley Community College. No pass is required at these locations.
- A shuttle service is available to and from MVCC Lot T-1 and T-2 starting at 5:45pm with the last shuttle at approximately 8:30pm.
- Please make accommodations for guests needing transportation assistance. There is limited handicap parking available on the South Drive behind the school. A state-issued handicap placard is required to utilize the parking spaces on the South Drive.
